Data Protection & Information Security Policy
INTELLISOFT LTD implements an Information Security Management System, according to the requirements of the International Standard ISO:27001:2022 and is committed to enforce compliance with the Policies and Procedures, to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information and personal data collected and/or produced during studies, in the context of their projects.
The Objectives for Information Security are:
- Reduce the surface area of exposure to malicious actions
- Zero security breaches in customer data
- Technical compliance with the GDPR
Within the framework of the Quality Policy, the Management defines specific key quality objectives, which are reviewed at regular intervals and aim at the following:
- Improving customer service speed
- Minimizing app issues
- Reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
Identifies the Risks that potentially arise for information and personal data, with a certain methodology, and addresses them through preventive actions.
In the context of the Information Security and Personal Data Protection Policy, the Management defines specific basic objectives, which are monitored and their achievement is reviewed at regular intervals.
It assigns distinct roles, tasks and responsibilities and specifies cognitive requirements for staff. Ensure appropriate resources and conduct periodic staff trainings in order to develop appropriate awareness of information security and personal data protection issues. Each employee is responsible for the security of the information that comes to his knowledge.
It audits Suppliers and evaluates them periodically, based on compliance with its Security Policies.
Audits the Management System, through Internal Audits and reviews the results on an annual basis, in order to decide actions that will eliminate deviations and sets goals in order to achieve continuous improvement.
The final and essential judge of the quality of our Services is our customers. The quality policy aims to specify how we will continuously succeed in meeting the demands of the Market related to the quality of our Services, while meeting our obligations to staff, suppliers and society as a whole.
